All these questions can be easily tracked in your Stock Ledger section. You will learn to document every stock transaction, indicate the price per share, the value of the shares and the number of shares each shareholder holds.

Resolutions – You will learn to create the necessary documentation that your business needs for activities performed from business and its personnel, officers and directors.
